Intramural sports play an important role on campus. Floor Hockey, basketball and volley ball teams are put together at the beginning of each semester and games are held each week.

A men's soccer team plays weekly games in the Abbotsford Men's League September through March

Many students take advantage of the weigh room to keep in shape as well as various aerobics opportunities.

Each year students challenge other schools to floor hockey, basketball and volleyball games.
